Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment. A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email and phone number.
Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in: Full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations 3-7 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations less than 3 days before or no-shows: No refund.
Guests are expected to maintain the property respectfully. Any damage to the property or amenities will be charged. Smoking is prohibited inside the villas. Loud music after 10 PM is not permitted.
Pool is available for use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool timings: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all adult guests, as mandated by Kerala state regulations.
Each villa accommodates a maximum of 6 guests (including children). Additional guests may be accommodated at extra charges, subject to availability.
